POSITION: Account Manager
OBJECTIVE: Comm-Tronics seeks the right individual to sell our communication and security solutions that help our healthcare customers improve their patient experience, cut costs and increase staff satisfaction.
DUTIES: As an Account Executive, you will be the point of contact for our healthcare customers and prospects - the face of our organization. You will seek, nurture and own customer relationships in your territory, including:
- Effectively communicate how our technology solutions help improve the patient experience, reduce costs and increase staff satisfaction
- Demonstrate how our technology solutions improve workflow processes
- Manage and expand customer pipelines through regular, direct contact with multiple departments in each facility
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers; Build new relationships with prospective customers
- Uncover each customer’s technology initiatives and suggest aligned solutions
- Become actively involved in an appropriate networking group to meet customers and prospects to increase sales and build industry knowledge
- Assist customers with technology planning, development, implementation and training to ensure customer satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
- Competitive attitude is a must
- Healthcare work experience is a plus but not required
- Strong presentation skills, must be comfortable and effective presenting to committees and small-to-midsize groups
- Reside in the Delaware/Eastern Shore territory
- Excellent interviewing skills with the ability to uncover compelling events that customers and prospects may not realize
- Must have an interest and discipline for the healthcare industry in order to be competitive in the field
- Must be a self-starter, eager to learn, healthcare knowledgeable and eager to win
